FHA's primarily concern is that everything in the house functions properly and there are no health and safety issues.
The following are some but not all of the requirements that FHA is looking for along with your appraiser and your A B Home Inspections Inspector.
All appliances present must be in working order. In other words, if a stove or range hood are present they must be working.
